This booking or agreement may only be cancelled by notifying Jeremy Burgess on 020 77631 0031. All cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing no later than three weeks before the next event in order to receive any refund due on that event. Postal address: Middleton Burgess Ltd, 4th Floor, 24-25 Foley Street, London W1W 6DS.

A refund will be paid to single event delegates who cancel no later than three weeks before the event they are attending. A cancellation fee of 50% (plus VAT) will apply to all refunds.

No refunds are applicable to annual membership.

A refund will be paid to single event sponsors who cancel no later than three weeks before the event they are sponsoring. A cancellation fee of 50% (plus VAT) will apply to all refunds.

Refunds will be paid to annual partners who cancel within the 12 month period of this agreement on a pro-rata basis for the number of events remaining* but a cancellation fee of 50% (plus VAT) will apply to all refunds. Non-payment will be taken as a cancellation.

*4 events remaining, full refund. 3 events remaining 75% refund. 2 events remaining, 50% refund, 1 event remaining, 25% refund. ALL SUBJECT TO 50% CANCELLATION FEE.
